We provide tuition assistance to 12% of our students. Exceptional students who otherwise would not be able to attend TCPS. A portion of this year’s annual fund went to our tuition assistance fund and will be used to help more students.
Support for property upgrades helps to keep TCPS in excellent shape for all who step on campus. This year one of our main drives was widened and paved for better traffic flow. A new outdoor basketball court was installed much to the delight of our students. In the next few weeks a sign visible from I-22 bearing our name will be constructed.
Our athletic programs allow us to continue to capture the hearts of our student athletes so they may realize their full potential through Jesus Christ. The baseball facility received a new halo, backstop net, and upgrades to the bullpen.
With the commitment to advancing technology on the campus of TCPS, our computer lab is being enhanced with 3-D printers, laser engravers, and robotics.
The installment of a video board in the gym brought fun movie days and an enhanced Awards Day for students. Teachers enjoyed being together for professional development as they watched training videos on the board. Volleyball, basketball, and athletic banquets were able to show highlight videos and sponsorships with this new addition.
“The generosity of the TCPS family through the Soar LIke Eagles Annual Fund has made it possible to improve several areas on campus including property upgrades, funding for tuition assistance, improvements for academics and athletics. The vision of the annual fund allows for the advancement of God’s kingdom through the continued growth and improvement of our school while making an impact on every student and family at TCPS.”
