EARLY LEARNING - PreK

Tupelo Christian Preparatory School offers a four-year-old pre-kindergarten program where we help students develop to his or her full potential spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially. It is our desire to nurture, to support, and to provide a curriculum to meet each child at his age and stage of development. Each child should complete this class possessing the skills needed to enter Kindergarten.

TCPS Students will:

• Establish proper routines and classroom habits
• Develop fine and gross motor skills
• Weekly units which include Social Studies, Science, Math, Art, Music, and Cooking
• Participate in arts and crafts projects
• Attend P.E. classes each week
• Develop a sense of accomplishment that contributes to the child’s confidence and self-assurance
• Learn to mature socially through the interaction with peers
• Enjoy fun and educational field trips
• 7/1 average student/teacher ratio

4-Year Old Pre-Kindergarten

• 5 Half Days (8:00 AM-11:30 AM)
• 5 Full Days (8:00 AM-2:45 PM)
• After care (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
